Spend 20 minutes to find a 1 rep max THRUSTER

5 rounds for time:

3 power cleans, 135/95

3 front squats, 135/95

3 push jerks, 135/95

…then complete 15 Handstand push-ups


*the weight should be medium for you. The goal is to be able to complete each of the 3 repetitions unbroken taking a quick breath between movements and moving on. Hit it hard and PUSH YOURSELF.
