*For Gainz-use 80-85% of 1rep max and do 3 reps each minute

*For maintaining- use 65-70% and do 5 reps each minute

10 front squat, 135/95

50 double unders

100m run

Time range is 10-12 minutes. Choose a weight and scale movements to get you there.
