Working on coordination and balance today.

Met Con

4 Rounds:

8 SA (single arm), DB Power clean

8 SA, DB front squat

8 SA DB push press

8 SA, DB OH squat

Weight= 50/35

Rounds 1 & 3- use dominate arm

Rounds 2 & 4- use non-dominate arm
