Bear complex…. 1 power clean+1 front squat+1 push press+1 back squat+1 behind the neck push press

increase weight each set. If barbell is dropped during complex, that rep does not count and you must start from the beginning. Choose your weight wisely. Start low-and work your way up. You can rest between each set but NOT between each repetition.

Conditioning

EMOM x 15 minutes

1 bear complex*

25 double unders

*use a medium weight for the workout. It is low repetition (1-rep) which will benefit your strength if you choose a challenging, medium weight. The focus is the bear complex; the double unders should take no longer than 15-20 seconds….scale the double under repetitions if you need more time with the complex.
