*challenge yourself with the HSPU and scale down. If you are doing the pike push-ups on the box, try using a higher box or holding a handstand against the wall. If you use the DB’s to push press, try going onto the box for a pike push up. There are many different ways to scale the HSPU, ask your coach to help you to find a way that works for you.
