Working on kipping, strict, stringing them together……
In 3-minutes complete:
Machine- ROW 100m OR BIKE 30 cal
Max effort toes to bar in the remaining time
Rest 1 minute before starting the next round
You can come off the bar to rest.
Score is the total amount of TTB from the 3-rounds.
