Impossible to defeat…


Skills- Spend 15 minutes working on Chest to bar pull ups. Use a band to assist you while getting your chest to touch the bar. Try tempo chest to bar pull ups, allowing 3-5 seconds on the ascend and 3-5 seconds on the descend.

*if you are unable to start at the first set of weights, choose a weight that is heavy for you and take weight off each “round”. Score is total number of reps from each of the four AMRAP’s (1+2+3+4=Score)
