Max Effort Pull-ups

Use any style and combo of pull ups that you choose. Basic rules apply: elbows must be full extension at bottom and chin must go over the bar at top. As soon as you  let go of the bar, your set is over. Above is a table of the percentages that I pulled from Beyond the Whiteboard. The average amount for men is 26 and 15 for females. Where do you fall under??
