Gainz-3x 75%, 3x 80% and 3×85%. Rest as needed between sets, reps do not need to be unbroken

Maintaining- 5 sets of 4 reps: 3″ deficit. Rest as needed between sets, reps are unbroken. Using 65-70% of 1 RM.

Met Con

5 rounds:

10 deficit push-ups, 2″

15 Kettlebell swings, 53/35

then….

100 double unders
