Push Jerk



Increase weight with each set. Aim to get a new 1-rep max for both the Clean and the Push Jerk.


Those who are doing Barbell for Boobs, focus on a weight that you can move efficiently and fast. Take note of that weight because there will be more workouts that allow you to work on power cleans and push jerks.
